Strengths: This place is rustic - no electricity, no water. It is a member volunteer managed site. Everything about it beautiful. It has a clean reservoir that folks skinny dip in. Sustainable and easy to use composting toilets for your solid bodily waste. Multiple places to lay in the sun or retreat away from the sun. Excellent view of the valley below and parts of Vancouver.
Weaknesses: No accommodations for visitors. Can be difficult to arrange access due to locked gate blocking access (operated by local authorities) so you must call ahead to arrange an escort to the site. Due to lack of full time electricity the pool was ordered closed by local authority (so it is now a reservoir). Limited space for RV's which are usually reserved by members so visitors have to camp in tents if they're staying overnight.

Strengths: We were there for a day visit. It was most relaxing. Lots of grassy area to find a spot. Ample parking. Great to have pickleball courts and have the outdoor shower nearby. We would definite visit when we're in the area again.

Strengths: Out door shower, flush toilets, walking trails, hot tub, pool, sauna.
Weaknesses: Club members tended to be standoffish. I found the club to be generally unwelcoming and at times disrespectful to visitors. No accommodations to rent, so you had to camp by tent or RV - if there was space available. Designated tent area is an open grass field that local residents drive through with their golf carts with no regard to visitors.
